Eliminate time-consuming fabrication of rooftop pipe support systems and reduce rooftop wear and tear with Pipe Pier.

Commercial and industrial roofs take extensive abuse from daily movement of pipe supports and other roof attachments, equipment loads, heavy snowfall, direct sun and other sources. Currently, the most commonly used methods of securing pipe to commercial and industrial rooftops are:

1) wood blocks, which can deteriorate and cause supports to be unstable; or,

2) steel foot plates which can cause serious roof damage.

The new Pipe Pier solves these problems. It is designed to easily support steel pipe, copper pipe and electrical conduit to roof or floor surfaces. Consisting of a block of tough, UV rated, flexible, closed-cell ETHAFOAM* polyethylene foam, Pipe Pier absorbs vibrations and shock and accommodates expansion and contraction of piping. A 10 1/2" piece of ERISTRUT strut is bonded into the block of foam (footprint is 10 1/2" x 4"), allowing Pipe Pier to be used with standard strut clamps and accessories.

Pipe Pier dramatically reduces installation time by eliminating on-site cutting, drilling and measuring while protecting the rooftop membrane from damage.
